Good for you. Having the same friends too long at this age I think can get unhealthy. Maybe this is a generalization, but you end up talking about the same things, and going the same places, and doing the same things. Mixing it up definitly broadens your horizons mentally
i totally agree. i need to hang out with more people who match my growing interests. i still love hanging out with my present friends, but i feel like i'll never get out of this circle of friends and explore who else is there.
thats why you need to make friends that you will never get tired of. dont keep shitty friends around, only the ones worth keeping and you wont feel like your missing out on other people. and just because you have a circle of friends, doesnt really mean you cant meet new people, i have many different circles of friends that rarely intersect. it works fine.
its not that im tired of my friends, i love them all! but i just dont seemt to have the same interests as many of them anymore. it feels as if were growing apart. and i dont explore anyone else whos out there. i mean at school, i know people, but it dosnt bother me if i dont see them for a week. i want people that want to see me, and i want to see them because we have that much fun together.
