I don't even think it's that. It doesn't end with the title of the movie.

It's just clips from the film. They make much more sense if you know what the movie is about. Basically there's a crazy German doctor who's great at separating Siamese twins, and he becomes obsessed with the idea of connecting people instead of separating them. So he makes this ass-to-mouth chain of a Japanese guy and two party girls. Supposedly the sequel is going to have a 15 person chain.
