This is Keenser.

This was my favourite character in the new Star Trek film. He only appeared about 3 times, for about 3 seconds each, and he did not speak. I thought everything in the movie was a bit over-blown and loud, and Keenser was the only under-stated character.

Didn't you see at the end? Keenser ended up coming aboard the Enterprise and reuniting with Scotty. It was the briefest of moments so you may have missed it. It made me really glad and happy, so I remembered that part.

Yeh, Deep Roy has definitely secured his spot as a niche-demand-dwarf for obscure alien/sci-fi/fantasty roles.
