I'm like you Karen, I like to read lj but I don't post but I have a food blog now which I update regularly, so this is my writing contribution to life and society.

Food is so amazing and I love cooking, I would not want to photosynthesis, I think my life would be much poorer for it.

Yeah, you gotta be careful with deep frying! At least you didn't burn yourself too badly, it could have been worse!

Hope you have a good first day at work, we'll have to organise a city lunchtime meet up on day.

I think at the moment, if I could choose a dream job, it would to be a comedian. I don't actually personally want to be a comedian, I just think it'd be interesting and fun to have been born as a person destined for live comedy. It's not really in my blood.

Ha! I always say that my dream job would be musical theatre. I don't really enjoy musicals very much and I sing like a dying feline but I think it's my dream job for the same reason xo

is it actually food that you're sick of or having to prepare/cook it and clean up after it? cause i would HATE to lose the process of eating from my life. but being green and being able to photosynthesize if you wanted to/were trapped on an island without any food source would be cool. maybe a hybrid eating/photosynthesizing body would be cool.

good luck at the library! sometimes i think we hate the idea of work more than we do the actual work that we're doing, so when you think about it that way hopefully it's not too bad?
