and i would say listen to girl harbor because theyre simply amazing and always put me in a good mood but im sure you dont have that.

so instead i am going to suggest rolling stones. because they are quite possibly the best rock and roll band of all time.
im not going to suggest any particular song because, well, theyre all good. :)

sleepy jackson - good dancers (happy fluffy music)
the rapture - house of jealous lovers (metropolitan dance - good for walking down the street to, kind of like hot hot heat)
chemical brothers ft flaming lips - the golden path (happy fluffy music)
the doors - five to one (funky, 70's drug fuelled rock)
talking heads - this must be the place (happy fluffy funk music)
