somehow i've recently become a teeth-clencher. it hurts. its ugly. why is this happening?

i always catch myself doing that. i'll be walking or standing in line, then realize my teeth are grinding together. it's quite odd.

have you tried living some place that isn't like three thousand degrees below zero? if moving doesn't help...perhaps you could...i don't know...maybe eat every time you feel like you are doing it. That way you can just say "i'm chewing." and chewing isn't weird...unless it's, you know, chew...and that's always weird, especially if you are a girl, then it's double weird and not just regular type.
