on account of our dorms being big tinderboxes always on the verge of fire, they're really, really strict about having candles and such in your room. as in, if you get caught it's 100 bucks/candle, even if they're birthday candles. this girl in my dorm must have been like "oh fuck it let's go all out." she has candles in a wooden menorah on top of a paper towel. dowsed with gasoline. ok no gasoline.

yes, i have yet to see a menorah on campus. damn scots.

this is sad. we have menorahs. too many. i must send some. also dreidel. there are no fire hazards associated with dreidel. isnt it sad that we have to have all of hannukah away from home. well my dears, see you soon.
