These are some views of the west side of the house, and the side yard on the west. Lots of trees, and no major plans in this area, but you'll get an idea how heavily treed the lot is.

The lot seems to be pretty badly overgrown tree-wise, but over all, lots of possibilities.

Yes, exactly...it's been let go for a long time, the same as the house...lots of brambles and other undesirable stuff has crept in, but the space and privacy are the main things. This lot is just over an acre, when most lots in this area are more like an 1/8 of an acre.
