Thanks. I'm trying to figure out some kinda way to turn this into a party...big surprise there...lol. There's a rickety deck and plenty of yard, and that ramshackle outbuilding where the homeless people drink their breakfast...and damn if that's not IT!! I'm gonna have a Wino Party to introduce my new house to my friends...lol. We'll just hang out with no utilities, open up the house, sit on the ramshackle deck, piss in the yard and drink Boone's....perfect!!!
