GACKT appeared on the HEY! HEY! HEY! anniversary special tonight.

Firstly, he sang 12月のLOVE SONG, as is customary in December!

For the show finale, all of the artists that were live in the studio (many artists had pre-recorded their spots earlier because of today's rehearsals for Kohaku) all collaborated together on the song 'WOW WAR TONIGHT' by ( Read more... )

So much fun! It was awesome how much G's voice in the group singalong. And, gah, those boys in the variety show are hysterically funny. :D

Too smug for his own good, haha! But it was absolutely charming performance. Made me feel light and happy. Got to go and watch it again.

It's always wonderful hearing him sing 12月のLove Song. ^^
Also, woah, GACKT's voice owned the reggae song. It's cool hearing him sing something completely different and hearing that he makes it his own.
Although... sorry, G, but you don't quite have the reggae dance beat in you! XD

Huh, he did pretty well at the foot massage punishment. No expletives!

I saw a 4 second short clip of "The Kiss," but seeing the full scene with context is so much better! XD Wow. Slow, slow build up, and such a gentle kiss. Kaicho the lady(and man) killer... You're too good at this! Oh, I'm dying of laughter here... I don't know whether I should say "poor Yuki-senpai" or "lucky Yuki-senpai." His heart must have been racing in those moments before their lips touched! XD

And that was the second time Kaicho and Yuki-senpai had done that...

Oh man...that is just <3...I seriously need to see this man in concert in 2015! As for the second vid...I only listened to it XD LOL.

And all I can say about Kaicho and F9? Cutest bunch of dorks ever! XD And lucky Yuki-senpai! XD

Lucky Kaicho!! I've never wanted to be the meat in a sandwich so much as I did then.

All of that was wonderful. XD Though I don't get the references in the Moon Saga parodies. (An anime called "Touch"?) And Val's GHOST/shampoo dance...ROTFL

Kaicho x Yuki-senpai and Takumi-senpai x Hayato-senpai were copying a scene from the drama/manga Tokyo Love Story, apparently. The male lead in that is called Kanji.

I don't know it but that's what I heard from Japanese fans there.

The other references I don't know.

So how is there already video from the Gakuen shows? Are these actually released officially on a dvd? I don't quite keep up with Gakuen shows..... and i'm really curious to know what exactly the set-up was for the parodies; what leads into what is being seen in the clips. Are there still subbing communities around that might be willing to sub the two clips, you think?

Does anyone know just how long Heyx3 has been on air? That pair seam to have been around on TV for a very, very long time. That was a "cute" video to watch, almost curious about the song itself, as that chorus is well, curious. Thanks for providing the clips!

a) It was broadcast on NicoNico.

b) There is no context. It's just the variety show at the first half where they entertain the fans. The only context is that they're "trying" to be like the characters in MOON SAGA, so they're withstanding the foot massage to show their strength and just copying the kiss scene. The lead in to the kiss scene is in the video as it shows the same scene from MOON SAGA.

c) Hey x3 actually finished a couple of years ago and GACKT was on the last show. This was just a special. It ran for about 20 years.
