one of my madison professors, prof hoekstra died yesterday from complications after knee surgery. WHAT THE FUCK. who dies from knee surgery jesus christ! now every time anyone i know has the most minor medical procedure i'm gonna freak out. he was a real good guy if a tad heartlessly conservative. its such a small college everyone knows everyone,
