I haven't gotten my hair cut anywhere around here since I've been back, but my mom goes to Elena [I think that's her name, at least] at Tangles. She's been going to her for awhile [three-ish years?] and she's reasonably priced. Her hair type and style is similar to yours and she listens from what I've seen. My mom is so picky with her hair and she's always been specific with her hairdresser, let's put it that way, and she never complains about not having what she wants. I think their prices are about Trade Secret level, because they actually are former Trade Secret stylists that got tired of working there for whatever reason.

Also, Diane at Sears does a fabulous job, if she's still there.

Penney's doesn't have a salon anymore? My mom said that they did, and my great-aunt was working there, so I'll have to ask her.
