Hey, I checked out your profile after I saw your comment that you'd like to learn Hindi. I've been learning Hindi for 3 years (though really slowly). And I'm vegetarian too! And I just moved back to Columbus after spending a few months abroad. I'm also 24. So I think we have a lot in common.
Normally I would be too paranoid to add someone who lives in the same city as me, but I'm trying to get over that paranoia. :)

Are you a grad student here at osu? or were you just a grad student when you were abroad? Just saying.. I'm the president of the OSU veggie club and we're having our first meeting at Hal & Al's tonight at 6:15ish in case you are interested! ;D
I did undergrad at OSU, graduated in 2010. I wanted to go abroad for grad school so I went to Germany for one year. I will probably do my last semester here (online coursework) and I'm applying to go to South Asia (possibly India!) for the thesis work.
I've never been to Hal & Al's, but I've always wanted to go. I'm not sure yet about this evening. I would probably have to take the bus and I think it would take awhile to get there. Though I've been back for 3 weeks now, just sitting in my apartment, so I need to get out and meet people. I'll think about it. :)

Haha. It's cool. I know that was random as hell but it's my obligation as president to try to pull everyone in! But, if you want local friends I'm definitely down for meeting sometime! That's one of my goals for this semester, is to make new friends, so i'm kind of organizing a lot of events to invite people for socialization. hehe. :D
I see that you are into philosophy.Well that is one of the subjects i have studied along with art and history. You have an interesting blog and thus would like to be friended.
