There are two parks downtown and we went to the wrong one for the actual ceremony, but we were with the free carousel rides & free hot chocolate/cookies... so I'm not complaining!

It was fun... but so cold!! It definitely looks better at night with the lights on than it currently does in the daytime... just a field and a carousel. It's new though so all the trees are tiny and the concert stage is still being built.. hopefully it will look better in a few years!

Seriously, I either need to find a friend close by that knows photography or take a DSLR course, I love my Nikon, but I know I could do so much more with it if I knew how everything worked. :O

I agree, I need to figure out how to work this thing myself! I have been collecting photography tutorials over on pinterest, though. Maybe it will be of some help? :)
