hey! I have been charged with giving you directions. so: 200 s. catalina st., you take the 605 to the 60 to the 101 towards hollywood. exit vermont, turn left. turn right on 1st (a light!), left on catalina (also a light!). I'm on the left hand side, hopefully I will have a parking space saved for you, otherwise, park anywhere you can. numbers are hard to find, so call when you're on the street and I'll direct you.
