things are good
lately

yesterday involved
peppermint coffee &
japanese food,
a new skirt &
the other erin

& my car
did not die
once
     but
     twice

fell asleep early
and before i woke
i dreamt up
a painting

i never believed it
when dalí said it
     but now i do

I'm planning to! I started the preliminary sketches last night, to get the composition right and all ... hopefully tonight or tomorrow night I'll start on the painting itself.
