Some creepy lady came and knocked on our front door, holding Tiny and then asked if she could have him.  It was really weird and within an hour he started acting funny.  But he tends to eat grass and then get pukey, so we didn't really think much of it.

Fast forward to today and the vet tells us he was poisoned with antifreeze and that he had

Have you considered reporting the woman (if you haven't already)? Maybe I'm untrusting, but the circumstances of this sound all kinds of sketchy and fucked up. And if she *did* do this maybe reporting her could prevent this from happening to another dog or animal.
