So, when L had congestive heart failure (CHF) & cardiac bypass surgery & got an arterial stent last year, it was obvious that there would be more procedures in the future - many more, if we are lucky.  As far as I'm concerned L never really recovered from the cardiac bypass but we kept getting reassured by his doctors that, well, it takes 6 months
