Finally a solid and concrete review which didn't start with "Where the Hell is Castiel?" Don't get me wrong, I love Castiel, but come on there are other members on the home team!
This was one of my favorite episodes this season, mainly because it concentrated on family dynamics and featured a character who wasn't all bout "saving the world because it's the right thing to do." This episode was so refreshing in that regard.
Lovely review lass. And I didn't know that the demons burned down Crowley's house and ate his tailor (my friend was talking throughout the episode - so annoying).
Thanks so much for taking the time to reply!I love Castiel but I certainly don't want him becoming a main, let's be in every single episode character. He's best in lesser doses. I love seeing other allies too, it made me so happy at the beginning of the episode when Bobby was taking to Rufus on the phone, that yes there are other competent hunters out there.
Also I watch the show mainly because of the family dynamics, and how that can survive even when your family is for all intended purposes 'buckets of crazy' as Dean would put it and hunt monsters.
I'm sorry about your friend chatting throughout the episode, I know what that's like!
