OHL to introduce video replay for goals

Mkay... so what have they been doing when they review goals before now?

They've never had video review, except for in the playoffs... and I think that only started two seasons ago.

All video replay would be done/decided by the head office in Scarborough.

Okay, I was wondering, since I'd seen refs reviewing goals before.

That was probably just Cox watching himself on video to see if he looks good.
