i finally finished my big bang. i decided to do a giant 100 pic spam of TOS and get 50 points from that. i am going to have a busy week this week, and won't have time to spend doing things. so - yay, that is done ( Read more... )

I love my bath so much i could read in the bath for hoursssssssss :D

i need to be better at exercising and eating well consistantly.

That is a fantastic schedule for you to start with, regardless of how much free time you feel you still have (and who doesn't like free time?). I hope that it does help you feel healthier :)

i think that eating well, exercise, and enough sleep will really help to start me on the right path.

This is so true - no matter what issues you're dealing with. Self-care is a great foundation for dealing with stress, anxiety, and just life in general.

And let me tell you, I didn't realize how critical sleep was to my well being until I had a baby and was then sleep deprived. It totally restores you mentally and physically.
