Every day of every year, I visited him even though he told me to leave him alone.
And every year, I told him how much I loved him even though the terrible accident he had took half of his body.
He said he was too ugly to be with me, but I told him that I still loved him.
I also told him his looks didn’t matter.
All that mattered was his unchanging personality, and the way he would cringe happily when I told him I still loved him.
Finally, the year when he was to be discharged, he took my held my hand when I rested it on his shoulder.
Even if he was in a wheelchair his whole life, I’ll still love him.

A/N: Forgive me! I didn't have the time to write at all since I had a game today and I went to eat at IHop (for the first time in my life) today! Ugh, so stuffed. but it was worth it!
