Maybe, yes. For me, it would not make any difference, for there's no one in my world I would dislike enough to wish death upon them. A valuable item would come in much handier, really...

I too am unsure of what I should do. I have been trying to get Sohma-san back but now with this threat looming I believe she would sacrifice herself immediately if she could. Which makes me less inclined to see her set free.

Fighting or giving in seem the only viable options as things stand.

She isn't back yet? I'm sorry about that. And yes, I talked to her rarely, but she does seem like a person who would do that.

So it seems. Have you decided on a course of action for yourself?

I had spoke to the one who keeps her and he seem amicable to realeasing her for an exchange but then the deities made the announcement and our talks were halted. So she is still with them...and while it pains me to say it she is safer in their grasp at the moment.

She and I are from the same world, we both have family and friends we care dearly and deeply for so allowing our world to be destroyed cannot be an option. I am attempting to wait things out in hopes that a less bloody situation can and will be found...but if this cannot be resolved without bloodshed...I am prepared to shed my own.

Is she with someone who had... kept her before? The way you describe it, the situation is none too pleasant.

That's what I think, as well. I would also not be too averted to spill deity blood.
