None of us needed it.

But some adults are just really stupid, and think they're always right. So the more you fight them, the more they think that what they're doing is what you "need." Which we don't, but the more you fight, the more they'll think it.

There's a difference between losing and a tactical retreat. A tactical retreat is only a temporary yielding, so you can come back and hit them hard where it hurts the most.

Alright, say I wait. What does your vision of revenge include? Because it could be way different from mine.

Puckerman, Larkin and Nicholson are the ones who set the nifflers on us. Once we were back at school, I didn't see any reason for revenge on Larkin because he was beating himself up way more than anything I could ever do. Nicholson is Cassie's friend, and I'd get shit for doing anything to her. So that left Puckerman. But I couldn't do anything drastic because I've got professors watching my every move. So I just made a suggestion here or there that I might be doing something to exact revenge, so he spent the next week or so completely paranoid. Just because he thought I was doing things like putting something in his waffles or messing up his potion or something. I didn't have to actually do anything because he made it all up in his head.
Which I told him, publicly, a couple days go.
Now that's revenge.

Okay, that's kind of rad.
But I don't think anything like that would work on any of the teachers.
