This was so extremely good. I was right there with them on every single emotion and I felt very connected to the characters. Awesome job!

Aww. This was sad but very, very good and well written. The bits about the Mississippi and his phone conversations with Leslie in particular were excellent.

P.S. Count me as a supporter of the Beard for Ben campaign! I'll make some buttons and a bumper sticker or two :)

Wow.

Woweewowowowow.

This was one swift, repeated kick to the angst bone, but oh man, so good. You captured the sense of loss, and being lost, so well, and even though it's different from anything we've seen of these characters, it was all still believable and very real.

Amazing.

P.S. And for what it's worth, this totally counts for the challenge, IMO.

Aw, thanks so much! I love Ben and I'm glad that you didn't think he (or my version of him) was being too melodramatic. Poor boy needs a break!

Wow. This was simply amazing. Such a great exploration of Ben's past. And I absolutely adored his voicemail message for Leslie. It was just so perfectly Ben.
