Perhaps you could take her out for lunch and offer some of these suggestions as a mentor, having been a homeschooling mom yourself. You must have had days when you felt overwhelmed - you probably still do. You can let her know you understand her feelings, and offer some of the tools that have helped you manage the anger that's a normal part of motherhood.
If she's open to that, maybe the two of you can brainstorm ways to get more peace and time off for her, so she can bring more peace and patience to her work in your home. If she's not, you may need to look for another family to share your home.
