Name: Hayato Gokudera
What is he usually called in canon?: Gokudera, Gokudera-kun by Tsuna and the girls, Hayato by Bianchi and Shamal.
Age: 14
Canon/Timeline: Katekyo Hitman REBORN!, End of Chapter 284
So, can I fall in love with him/her?: Sure. He more than likely won't reciprocate though. Gokudera's really hardheaded when it comes to romance, considering he could give two shits about girls and he hates pretty much everyone he comes in contact with. Except Tsuna and Reborn, of course.
Can I kiss him/her?: Be prepared to be either physically or verbally assaulted.
Can I kill him/her?: I'm going to have to say no without good reason for the moment. Feel free to attack and hurt, but kill? No no no.
Can I hit it?: No no no. Two reasons: 1, even if he doesn't seem like it, Gokudera's still underage. 2, I have no reason to actually RP this out publicly. Sorry.
What's his/her orientation anyway?: Stubbornly Heterosexual. Basically, think of a 10 year old child who still thinks that girls have cooties and they're dumb. That's Gokudera, although it's less cooties and more thinking that girls are stupid and worthless. THAT SAID, he is not going to jump into the sack with a guy. Just... no.
Are you willing to play out any relationships?: If it's developed properly. Gokudera's a loner, and it'll take a lot of help (or you know, the sweet never really gets the point to stay the fuck away type of girl) to get him to branch out or date someone. So yeah.
And with castmates?: I'd have to say no, only because I'm not a big fan of the pairings. 8059 and 5927, I'm going to immediately say no to. Once again however, Gokudera would have to have a lot of things happen to him in order for him to actually date a girl. Especially if he knows them, like Chrome or Haru. Especially Haru, since he kind of hates her already.
Can I make a reference to his/her canon?: Sure, go ahead. He won't have any idea what you're talking about, but whatever.
What about letting them know what's in their future?: However, I'd rather you didn't do this. I have a big problem with the TYL!Arc and there's a ton of unanswered questions as to what happens within those ten years that happens between the Varia Arc and Gokudera finding Tsuna in the coffin.
What kind of abilities do they have?: Known as "Smokin'/Hurricane Bomb Hayato", he's capable of storing an infinite amount of bombs on his person, usually in his clothes or on a belt. This mainly makes him a medium to far range fighter, and an explosion specialist. He's also able to take these bomb throwing skills and adapt to different situations, as well as create new attacks from it. As such, he fights better in a closed location with a lot of obstacles, as it helps to conceal his bombs. He may act as if Tsuna is the best person in the world and that someone like Yamamoto is useless, but when it comes to everything else, he's percieved as a genius. An idiot, but a genius.
His techniques are as follows:
Double Bomb- Exactly as it says on the tin. Double the usual amount of bombs that he throws.
Triple Bomb- Same. Highly dangerous, the first time he attempted it he almost blew himself up in his first fight against Tsuna.
Bomb Blitz- By using his speed, he lightly tosses bombs in the air, causing them to scatter around an opponent momentarily before exploding. A pretty good attack when you aren't dealing with Hibari Kyoya.
Mini-Bombs- Once again, exactly as it says. Miniature bombs, that he's able to just flick and use in a tight situation.
Rocket Bombs- By using gunpowder stored away inside of the bombs, he's able to change the trajectory so it speeds towards his opponent.
Do they have access to "Hammerspace?" Technically. The bombs really do come out of nowhere.
Is he/she a capable fighter?: He's seen at one point dispatching a group of thugs, so he's not that bad of a fist fighter. However, saying that's a specialty of his would be lying. As stated before, he's more of a mid-range fighter. He'd only fistfight if it came down to it.
In terms of winning and losing, where would you rather they stand?: As far as Gokudera's been in the manga, his track record is pretty bad. While he (along wtih Tsuna and Yamamoto) can beat up nameless henchmen, when it comes down to the ones with actual names (Chikusa for one) then it gets a bit sticky. He's technically only won two big fights in the duration of the manga, one against Chikusa at Kokuyo Land, and another very late in the manga against Gamma. He DID initially beat Belphegor, but that's more of a "also lost the war" type of deal.
I got off track. Anyway, if his opponent really is all that strong, chances are that Gokudera will lose. But if he's somewhere in between, then it shouldn't be that much of a problem.
Would you rather fade to black and just assume what happened?: [flings bombs] I'd much rather do that, but if it can't be helped, I'll try to make it a lot more exciting than that.
Mind control/Brainwashing?: His mind IS susceptible to that, but it's not exactly recommended. Only use it if it's absolutely necessary.
