Stuff I received, and I guess I'll review SHB while I'm at it.

Hey guys, long time no see! I've been busy with stuff (uni, fandom, etc)... and nothing really exciting has come up in my life, so I can't really recap on anything. So I'm going to finally show all the stuff I got collectively from pre-orders, stuff I bought, and souvenirs-from-parents. XDD

As you can see, it's a lot. Also, I'm clearly only interested in V6 and Madoka at the moment, but they are both AMAZING fandoms so I have no shame.

So my dad got me the entire set of the Madoka manga, which actually made me really relieved, but a few days ago I was considering buying it at Kinokuniya but it seemed pricey to buy all three at once so... yeah. I also had an inkling that he bought me the set, so that also stopped me from buying it on a whim. And yes there's a Homura card holder... I don't know exactly when I can use it, but GOD IT'S HOMU-CHAN AND I LOVE HOMU-CHAN. ;w; You can't see it here, but under my Sexy.Honey.Bunny single is three Madoka DVDs. I just realised that it isn't the entire set... orz

Oh yeah, and a Madoka poster. :3 I don't like how Kyuubey is all cutesy and happy though. I prefer his happy yet creepy smile in the anime than his expressive face in the manga.
That Japanese poster was from when I went to America during December/January haha. I bought it at Daiso in... LA I think? There's a Daiso opening here soon.

MY MADOHOMU CLEARFILE. I LOVE IT SO MUCH BECAUSE I SHIP THEM HARD, but I don't have a chance to actually use it. It's too small for most of the work I do anyway... Oh yeah, and my copy of OriStar. Funny story, I went to Kinokuniya with my friend once I saw the post on Arama, and I asked reception, and they asked me who was on the cover, to which I say V6 of course. My friend just smiles and laughs once she realises why on earth I dragged her along (but she's now slowly turning into a V6 fangirl so hahaha). They said I was too early so I had to come back five days later, orz.

But it's so prettyyyyyyyy apart from Okada's hat of course. AND IT'S V6. I think the two Oristar issues and one Arena37C issue are the only magazines I own which actually have them on the cover. Also that light reflection just happens to be on Inocchi's hand, me gusta muchly there.

Now THIS was the coolest thing I got. It's the DVD boxset of Tiger & Dragon that my dad found in Japan! Now remember, that drama is OLD... like really old (2005). I was so surprised he actually found this. I was kind of hoping that he'd find Tokyo Tower but I guess not; I know you can buy Kisarazu here in Australia though. I haven't watched this drama in a year, so rewatching it on my TV was so exciting, even though there aren't any English subtitles (only Japanese). I love the design of the cover.

And of course, the extra stuff like making ofs, etc. <3

there's a Mugi (K-On!) figure in the background btw... XDDD

Now for my pre-orders! My dad happened to find the special edition of SP -Yabou-hen- in Japan, so he sent me that, along with the Madoka stuff, here. And so, I pre-ordered the same edition but for Kakumei-hen, which features Okada crying so your argument is invalid lol. No, I actually find the making of in Yabou-hen more enjoyable and informative (because it shows all the music and sound effects, as well as all the footage from LA of the visual editing, etc) than in Kakumei-hen; that one was more cast based. Next to those is my Sexy.Honey.Bunny single (Honey edition). I have played the DVD over 10 times, because good lord I can't get sick of it. Especially the karaoke box video, THERE IS JUST SO MUCH HAPPENING IN THIS THAT I CAN'T BEGIN TO COUNT. THERE'S GO BREAKING THE PLATE, BAKA KYOUDAI, OKADA BEING BORING, AND SO MUCH MORE. The choreography video is cute, and now I know the steps, so that's a good thing.

The only disappointment with this edition is that it doesn't feature WALK, which is my FAVOURITE song from the single. I listened to the preview and thought, eh it's okay, but then after a while, I fell in love with the song (the SCP performance kind of sealed the deal). And if you follow me on Tumblr, you would've seen my "if V6 did a PV for this it would be in the desert" post. IT WOULD BE A GORGEOUS PV, I DON'T EVEN. I believe how they set out who sings what is just amazing, no one sounds off and everything is balancedddddddd, ugh.

Sexy.Honey.Bunny and Takaranoishi are tied for second place, because I've had more exposure... but in a way that's a good AND bad thing. In a way, I did get bored of listening to the radio rips because I had heard them SO many times. Still, even with the single in front of me, I've fallen for them again. They're. just. good. songs.

Meanwhile, there's Mission of Love, which I don't hate, but I don't particularly like as much as the other three. It's just... eh. Even when it was on Mission V6 (btw yes I am sad that this show is ending, and I watched this week's episode... and it was SO LEGENDARY.) it was not that great. I didn't see why everyone was so hyped up about it. My favourite parts are the first few lines of the each verse... there's just something cute that Ken does in that line... same with Okada in the second verse... and no this isn't the bias talking.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. BOY THIS WAS A LONG ENTRY. I think I just took more than an hour writing this. orz

OF COURSE, FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME,

~*~*~*~HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY WAIFU~! I LOVE YOU LIKE I LOVE OKADA (okay not really because then that would be kind of creepy) I hope you had a great day!~*~*~*~
