It's a shame that it's so difficult to treat people like humans. Instead of trying to change and treat their "friends" in an acceptable manner, some would quit and run away. I'm pretty sure most who had a problem just wanted to be treated better. It doesn't seem too unreasonable ( Read more... )

I am being "this way" because it's how I feel. I don't think anyone wanted Aimee to leave cast, just to treat people better. Instead of trying this for a while, she pretty much said that she couldn't, or wasn't willing to try. I just think that she could have tried before quitting.

if you think Aimee is leaving cast because of this then you're wrong. there is a bigger issue with this entire situation that you don't even know about. you jumped to conclusions without knowing the truth.
if you think Aimee is leaving cast because she wasn't willing to try you're wrong. you're the one who said you wouldn't change not her.

I said that I wasn't going to wipe the slate clean. Would you like the respect that you've earned from cast to be wiped clean? Do we ask TJ back? Amy Bizik? Glenn? Where do we draw the line?

I don't where we draw the line honestly. I don't know how we should be judging people or frankly if we have the right to judge people. it's a hard call and it's something that deserves a large debate over. but, my frustration over this entire things has only been it's seems like you have a pair of blinders on over everything and are un willing to accept anything but what you see. i've really tried to be objective because of my position in the matter. I really truly believe if people had such a problem with Aimee it should of be brought up to her before a meeting the manner that it was because it not only threw her off guard be she also didn't know people had a problem with her ( ... )

you know what, i'm sorry about my tone on my earlier post. I was upset at the time and should of handled it better. i'm sorry for going on your journal and being rude because it's un productive and not a good way to resolve things, and I know I wouldn't want others to do that to me. your comment just got to me. I just didn't like the assuption you made on why Aimee left cast. weither I like it or not it is a personal matter for me and it made me jump to the defense because it does effect me. but the manner and tone I did this on was wrong on my behalf. So I am sorry for not thinking more clearly. I'd like to feel i'm above petty comments but I wasn't. sorry.
