Summary: Sungmin tries to make Kyuhyun open his eyes and finally notice him.
A/N: in Sungmin’s POV. Sorry if there’s grammar, spelling mistakes… I need to get a beta or something like that ^^;
“Wait!” I scream at Kyuhyun who’s walking by the hallway. “Kyuhyun, wait!”
I ran out of the classroom to catch up with him, but it was impossible to do so since people were coming out of their classrooms desperately. So I lost his track in the middle of the crowd. All I could do for now was go to my locker, take all my homeworks, and leave school.

“I’m back, mom,” I practically scream for I know that she’s in the kitchen or in her bedroom.
“Welcome back, son. Had fun in school?” she asks me while I lay my schoolbag on the sofa.
“Yeah, I did have some.”
After a really short talk, I went to change into comfortable clothes. I grabbed my schoolbag and started to take out all my homeworks; I spent the whole afternoon to finish them all. Finally at night, I spent my time chatting.

What you told me before leaving school… I guess?

Yeah. I started to talk to him in MSN, then I added him in fb.

Seriously, are you kidding me? That guy has more ego than what I save up in a year, which is... $500. I came to a conclusion: they won’t be together, why? Because that Zhoumi doesn’t seem to show some interest on Kyuhyun. Plus, Zhoumi has Henry; I have seen them really close, if you know what I mean.
1 month passed by and nothing happened. I don’t see Kyuhyun going all crazy for Zhoumi.
“So now what’s going on with Zhoumi?” I ask Kyuhyun one day, Shindong listening behind.
“Well, nothing. Today I’m going to sit with them,” Kyuhyun said as he picked up all his stuffs and walk over Zhoumi’s table.
I sigh and stare at Kyuhyun’s spot. Sensing something was wrong, Shindong tried to cheer me up with his stupid jokes. Thanks to him, I passed the whole day cheerful, in spite of Kyuhyun sitting with Zhoumi.
“I’m glad you’re happy again.” Shindong hugged me. “You know you can tell me anything you want.”
“Thanks Shindong.”
One day, during recess, I saw Kyuhyun getting a card from Jonghyun. He looked at it, and suddenly, he had a shocked face. I walked over him and ask “What’s wrong, Kyuhyun?”
He just shook his head. The bell rang and Kyuhyun told me to follow him.
“I have to show you this,” Kyuhyun said, taking out the card Jonghyun gave him. He opened the card and showed it to me.
What I saw was… a drawing of a heart, a really bad drawn heart, colored poorly. On the heart, there were cracks, a Band-Aid, and some stitches around it.
“Oooooookay, Kyuhyun? I think... he’s… heartbroken.”
“I know, but I can’t be with him when I don’t like him.”
2 months pass, and no sign of Kyuhyun going out with Zhoumi.
“Kyuhyun… so are you-”
“I don’t like him anymore, but we’re still good friends.”
That was melody to my ears what he just said. That means that I don’t need to hear Kyuhyun talk about Zhoumi. No more drama between Kyuhyun and Zhoumi.
“You know what, Kyuhyun?” I start.
“What?”
“I love you… as a friend.”
“Oh, me too, Min.”
As our sophomore year ends, I become even closer to Kyuhyun. I tell him everything I feel, from frustration to love. He listens to me every time I complain about Heechul and his change. Heechul changed from a good person to a really annoying bad person. I don’t know how Hankyung can cope with Heechul! He thinks he’s all that and this, and all Hankyung does is listen to him. So I started to become closer with Shindong also, who has supported me since who knows when.
Finally in vacation, I spend more time chatting than doing else. Of course my mom obligated me to learn how to drive, so I took some driving lessons. Also, I cooked with Shindong and Hankyung (without Heechul, thanks God he went to another country for vacations) a chocolate cake which came out kind of crappy, but it was delicious nevertheless. After a few weeks of baking a chocolate cake, we made a cheesecake, but this time, we included Kyuhyun. It was funny to see Kyuhyun with an apron. Only he used the apron, the rest of us didn’t because… there was only 1 apron.
One night, I decided to tell Kyuhyun what I felt for him, but he probably thought it was just one of those moments I have when I tell everything as a friend.

I like you >.< and I know you won’t return your feelings, but I’m just telling you…

I turn off my computer and sigh. How stupid of me telling him that… Well, what can I expect from someone so naïve as him? Nothing…
