Before I knew it, another week passed. Basically, we were in final exams week. During the last week, before the final exams week, Eunhyuk and I have been exchanging short words like “hi” and “bye,” but its better that way than nothing. Sometimes, we would glance at each other more than once. Since the day I sat with Leeteuk and Kibum after our “fierce” conversation through MSN, Eunhyuk had been throwing cold stares at Leeteuk and Kibum. Probably, he’s thinking that I don’t want to sit with him anymore, and to escape from him is to sit with Leeteuk and Kibum. That’s partially true; I don’t want to sit with him because he’s the biggest jerk I’ve ever known in the whole world. He would still stare at Sungmin even after our “fight,” and honestly, I have become tired of it. Now I have accustomed to laugh with someone else, like Shindong. I could talk about anything with Siwon, also with his best friend, Hankyung. Unfortunately, Hankyung is in another grade, so I don’t get to talk to him often like his boyfriend, Heechul. It is obvious that Heechul doesn’t care if he escapes out of the class; he only wants to talk to Hankyung. With all that happening to me during that week, I completely forgot about my feelings towards Eunhyuk; I gave up on Eunhyuk. That’s what I did during the whole week.
Before entering the final exams week, Siwon and Hankyung decided to make a party for the last day of class and for the suffering we will all receive during the exams. Instead of a party in a house, we just went to a bar that offered a big variety of alcoholic drinks. I thought everyone was invited, but it was just Siwon, Hankyung, Leeteuk, Kibum, and me. Siwon and Hankyung ordered a bucket that contained 6 bottles of Heineken.
“Try them,” Hankyung said as he handed one bottle to each of us. “You’re not going to die after drinking all of it.”
Kibum started to drink before all of us did. Siwon just stared at Kibum with a shock on his face. Leeteuk drank half of the bottle, and then decided to ask for lemonade. Hankyung made me a gesture to drink the bitter liquid; I hesitated for a moment, but decided to drink it.
“Did you like it?” Hankyung asked me with curiosity.
“Well… it doesn’t taste that bad at all.”
We spent half hour drinking Heineken, Leeteuk still left his bottle with half of the liquid in it. After some time, some of Siwon’s friends appeared and sat next him. Those friends were drinking a lot of alcohol, I didn’t know what they were drinking, but it was a lot. Hankyung decided to order another bucket, but this time, Corona. Each person grabbed one bottle, except for Leeteuk who still had his lemonade. Time flew fast, the bar was starting to get crowded, and people were talking with other people casually. Others were drinking a lot, which led too many drunken people yell in the whole place. As for my group, Siwon and his friends, Hankyung, and Kibum were the ones to drink more than Leeteuk and I. Still, I drank more compared to Leeteuk and his lemonade. We were in the bar for more than 2 hours, and I could feel that my tolerance to alcohol was little.
“You know Donghae… there are many types of drunken people,” Hankyung said as he laid his arm over my shoulder. “There are the ones that cry, yell, spills out secrets, and stay quiet. You are the one that stay quiet for the whole night.”
“Well, I prefer to stay quiet than cry, yell or spill any of my secrets,” I said as I remove his arm off my shoulder.
“Donghae… I’m sure you want to say something… you just don’t want to.”
“Hankyung, if I wanted to say something, I would have done that already.”
“Whatever you say Donghae…”
I didn’t know if I drank too much alcohol after my short conversation with Hankyung, but I could feel my eyes spill out some drops of water, tears?
“Why are you crying, Donghae?” Leeteuk asked me as I try to stop the tears.
“I don’t know…”
“If you want, I can take you back home.” Leeteuk said already grabbing his jacket from his chair.
“No no, its okay.” I said as I grabbed his hand and made him sit. “Leeteuk… I… I… I gave up on Eunhyuk a week ago, or I don’t know when.”
“So… you don’t love him anymore?”
“I’m sure I don’t love him anymore… we still talk… no… we just say ‘hi’ and ‘bye’ and that’s all. I’m not jealous that he stares at Sungmin, honestly… I don’t care about him anymore.”
“Are you sure?”
“I’m 100% sure, I don’t love him… that stupid guy… I bet he doesn’t care about me anymore.”
“Donghae… let’s go back home,” Leeteuk whispered to me while patting my back. “You had enough alcohol for today.”
“Leeteuk…” I hugged him and started to cry harder. “I lied… I really do love him still; I miss him like you have no idea. If he knew that Sungmin’s boyfriend is no other than Kyuhyun, he’ll probably have his heart broken.”
“There there… Donghae… you’ll see that everything will be alright. Don’t cry…”
I let Leeteuk comfort me for a while and then, he helped me get out of the bar. Kibum stayed with Siwon and Hankyung, still drinking alcohol. Leeteuk practically helped me in all; he helped me get into his car, he drove all the way to my home, and put me on my bed.
“I don’t know what you feel right now since I haven’t experienced that type of feeling… but I can tell you for sure that you’ll be okay. Sleep well, Donghae.”

The next day, I woke up without headache. I expected to wake up with headaches, still drunk from last night. In 30 minutes, I took a shower, put some fresh clothes and wash my teeth since I could smell all the alcohol I drank. Just when I finished fixing my bed, my cell phone started to vibrate on the desk. It was Leeteuk.
“Hello?” I answered.
“Hi Donghae, how are you feeling?” Leeteuk asked from the other end.
“I’m feeling normal… no headache at least.”
“Ah that’s good, I just wanted to make sure my friend is okay.”
“Thank you for your concern, Mr. Teuk. What happened with Kibum and the rest of the people there?”
“Kibum, Hankyung and Zhoumi stayed in Siwon’s house. Siwon could drive, despite the amount of alcohol he drank.”
“Who’s Zhoumi?”
“Zhoumi is Siwon’s friend, remember? The one with the fox-like eyes. Anyways, are you going to school on Monday?”
“Umm… I don’t think so… I mean, I exonerated almost all the subjects except for English, History, Chemistry, and I don’t know what else. Supposedly, we’re having Spanish, Psychology, and Physics exams on that day… I don’t know how I exonerated Spanish to start with, but I’m glad I did.”
“You’re just lucky... or pretty intelligent. Well, I better study or I’ll get bad grades. I’ll see you on Tuesday then, bye Donghae.”
So after that, my day was boring. I didn’t know what to do, either play with my PSP or read a random book. Just to spend some time, I decided to read ‘A Separate Peace,’ which I didn’t know it could be interesting. If I was Gene, I wouldn’t let my jealousy take over my friendship with Finny, but who am I to talk about it. Once, I was jealous of Sungmin from getting Eunhyuk’s complete attention through MSN. Now, I just think that I was stupid, childish in all way.
After reading the whole book and stayed in complete shock of how it ended, I logged in just to see a notice box that Eunhyuk send me a message.

Oh yes… that’s the only subject I studied for the whole day. I know Spanish will be so easy that I feel that I can do it with my eyes closed. Psychology… I just need to put things about my life and ta-dah, the end.
Donghae said:
Are you sure? I’ve heard the Spanish teacher saying that the exam will be… HARD.
Eunhyuk said:
Nah… you’ll see that Spanish will be a piece of cake.
Donghae said:
I don’t need to do it, but if you come to me with a sad face… it is either you got F on Spanish or physics… when that time comes, I will say “I told you so….”
Eunhyuk said:

Ok ok, how about I help you study physics… somehow

Okay, I don’t know how it can help but… yeah sure.

Just one thing I’ll tell you… in case of a projectile, the time is double… don’t forget about it.
I passed the whole afternoon explaining him things in physics. Sometimes, he would be saying stuffs like, “No, that’s not true, in my notebook says…” Believe me, I know physics better than what he knows. I logged off after Eunhyuk told me that he has to study Spanish, but before doing it, I wished him good luck for the next day.

On Tuesday, I woke up with a bright smile on my face. Finally, I’ll be doing something… doing exams are fun. It’s fun to guess things and come up with possible answers to some questions.
When I entered the school building, Eunhyuk was the first one to greet me. He was the only one to ask me how my long “vacation” was, I just hit him lightly on his arm and answered, “boring.”
I could feel that he was only staring at me and no one else, and that means, no Sungmin. Others were too busy studying for the next exam, too busy that they didn’t notice me at all.
“Good luck, Donghae,” Eunhyuk told me that before we both take the exam. “This crazy woman will be harsh on us.”
“Don’t worry, it will be a piece of cake… like you said with Spanish,” I said staring at him for a friction of seconds.
So all the exams that I had to do were… not easy at all, but I can say that I did my best in all of them. Eunhyuk seemed to have a major trouble in Chemistry, so I just handed him some help by whispering the answer. Am I too generous with people? I guess so. Well, the thing is that we were finally in vacations. Eunhyuk still talked about Sungmin over MSN, but I didn’t feel any jealousy at all. Maybe I did feel jealous, but I just ignored that feeling.

I met with Sungmin today in a friend’s house.

In Kyuhyun’s house, I know him through Facebook. Also, since he's best friend with Sungmin... so yeah.
