Nia Guzman claims that Brown was ordered back in February to pay $17,743 in child support.
Guzman claims Brown's actions have created "a great hardship" for her.
She does not work and relies on the support from him. She claims he makes $7.5 million a year.
Guzman is seeking $258,285.24 in back support plus sanctions and "the value of housing that he agreed to supply."
