Since Joker stated screening some critics habe raised concerns about the movie encouraging violence.
Telegraph film critic Robbie Collin asked Joaquin Phoenix if the movie could “perversely end up inspiring exactly the kind of people it’s about, with potentially tragic results.”
Phoenix was startled "Why? Why would you…? No, no.” and walked out of the interview
He returned after speaking to a WB press agent but did still not answer the question.
