Six months ago the singer/actress turned entrepreneur gave birth to her third child, daughter Birdie Mae Johnson. Since then, Successica has worked hard with her fitness trainers to get back into shape.
Simpson’s workout regimen included walking 14,000 steps a day, while her diet consisted of plenty of vegetables and limiting foods that were fried or high in calories.
