Gwen Stefani to Receive Fashion Icon Award at 2019 People's Choice Awards
Gwen Stefani will receive the People's Choice Award for Fashion Icon this year. Stefani is not only a ska-pop-rock icon, she had two line of clothing called L.A.M.B. and Harajuku Lovers.
Gwen is a controversial choice because she has dressed up in bindi, bantu knots, "chola" makeup, and, of course, had a posse of Japanese women who weren't allowed to speak.
Last year's winner was Victoria Beckham.
