Technically Federer made me a tennis fan, but Rafa quickly became my favourite and got me up at ridiculous hours, on the edge of my seat trying not to wake everyone else up. I remember watching him win his first non RG slams and seeing him develop from a clay powerhouse to an all round champion. I'm not keeping up with the sport so much anymore, but those years were really something special ❤️
