I don't think Jo is leaving unless I missed that announcement. I knew Schmidt and Mika were not staying!

At the very beginning of the episode when Mika is lying in the backyard and her roommates are all watching her from the window, one of them says it's been six weeks since Chloe died.

I kinda hate that UK is a few weeks behind US on Greys cos we only just had the accident that Mika was in and Teddy being kissed by someone and Owen being all hurt about it (why Owen? you are such a whiny idiot).
I was watching a guy on tiktok last night talking about Greys and someone commented that you just don't get the high emotional stakes on greys anymore and they're so right! I skip lucas and stephanie and Jo and Link have made up drama. Its all made up. Maybe I should just watch the earlier series again.

No surprise that Owen still sucks. All it took was seeing Teddy and Sophia Bush taking the elevator together for him to start looking at that family friend. I know we're supposed to think he was so chivalrous for offering to drive her home, but I was kind of incensed that when she very rationally asked, "Aren't you supposed to be working?" he just blew it off and said that if someone needs him, they can call him. You're a trauma surgeon working a shift during a major heat wave. You made an announcement telling the entire hospital staff that it was going to be super busy because of the heat wave. Your wife said multiple times that the hospital was so swamped they were over capacity. But yes, please just leave in the middle of your shift to give this woman a ride home so that you can start having an emotional affair to get back at your wife for NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG.
