I just finished rewatching Red, White and Royal Blue. I'm rewatching Dexter S1 and The Mentalist. I'm not in the mood for anything new right now. It would take too much mental energy.

Caught up with From and [Spoiler (click to open)]finally this show is making moves! This season was kind of a mess imo but the finale was good. I get the feeling the next season might be its last so they better wrap it up if that’s the case.

I started Silo and I love it, I’m already caught up and it’s gonna be tough waiting for new episodes. [Spoiler (click to open)]I was worried how they would deal with Rebecca Ferguson filming Dune but I appreciate the way they’re handling it, and at least it’s believable that she wouldn’t have any scenes with the other characters.

I’m gonna be devastated when Lower Decks ends

The Lower Decks episode this week was so good!

Universal could at least use some of that Wicked money and keep it going. I really hope some other network will pick it up.

I re-watched Grand Guignol (the Japanese one from 2022) yesterday. I love bonkers shit like that. What did I watch? I think I have an idea, but I'm not really sure!! I feel like it would have been fun to work on that set because of all the over the top blood spraying everywhere and the fake guts. I just love it and practical effects in general.

I want a physical copy so badly, but there aren't any with English subtitles :(

A new UK detective show called Ellis. I loved it - it’s basically Vera 2.0, if Vera was Black and didn’t stay in one place. Only three episodes though - booooo. I really hope we get more.

I watched half of The Quiet Girl and then I had to stop because I knew it was going to devastate me just like the book did. The half I saw was really good, though.

Now that the full season of From is out, I will probably watch that over the weekend. I don’t really remember what happened (did anything?) last season, though.

I'm going to check out Ellis. I know the lead actress is good. I've seen her in plays but I wasn't sure I was up for another grey British crime drama, but only 3 episodes is right up my street.
