There is a reason professional athletes don't look like they fell out of an MCU movie - that hyper-muscular cut dehydrated look doesn't actually make you healthier and more athletic.
(Some of the most high performance athletes don't have defined abs at all. I wonder why...)
Recently I watched Free Solo (about the guy who climbed El Capitan with no ropes). He trained for a year, and while he looks very defined, he also looks like a regular skinny normal guy. So did all his rock climber friends. I noticed his diet was also super normal.
I saw a picture of an NHL all star player without his shirt on once and he had a little bit of a pooch even (only a little). Of course he was in shape and healthy, but he just looked like a tall, lean, very pasty pale guy.
This makes me think of the ‘missing a sensitivity chip’ comment that Jennifer Anniston made about Brad Pitt, although at least this isn’t coming from Hugh directly I suppose, but man I would feel like crap if I was his ex wife reading quotes about how he feels pressure to look his best now that his partner is a little bit younger than him
Idk, I'd be amused at how utterly pathetic it is. If he's insecure about his looks and his ability to keep his new and much much younger partner, it's all on him and him alone. He could have easily NOT cheated and NOT have picked so much younger that he fears he may have trouble pleasing.

I miss realistic bodies. I hate the super cut dehydrated look.
