animation truly is a lost art in the US nowadays. This is so bland looking, not to mention cheap.

Idk how i feel about the animation, it's too stiff and too bouncy at the same time. Would still watch though.

it loses the charm of that sort of vintage comic book style by being 3D IMO

Leonardo Romero is the lead character designer for this show and has such a great art style. I can absolutely recognize his hand, but I'm not sure this animation does it justice. ):
