I really liked it, more than the early reviews made me think I would. And I went in knowing it felt like an incomplete season and we’d be getting more next year so that helped.

It was slow to start at first, but then I liked it more once we get to the games. I don't think this needs to be stretched to 3 seasons. Hell, I think it could've just ended at one season if they didn't write that cliffhanger. But what do I know. I'll just trust season 3 will be good.

The way they chose to end absolutely sucked though and killed all the good momentum it had. It doesn't feel like a season finale at all, more like a terrible mid-season finale.

But I love how different the contestants are this time around, and they really brought to the forefront how Gen Zs dgaf about obedience and will absolutely speak up when they're not happy about something. It really set the tone and precedence to enable the riot.
