Dean knows how to deal with Sam when he's sick, but Robo!Sam is a whole other matter. How do you take care of a guy who not only views this sickness as just an annoying inconvenience and resists any and all forms of caretaking, but also can't/won't sleep which is the main thing that would help?

Here's the thing: Real Sam's an open book.
Dean always knows if Sam is sick, usually before Sam does. The way he rubs at his temple, the weariness in his eyes, the rapid breathing, Dean knows all the kid's tells. This guy, though, this RoboSam? Like trying to read the book after somebody dropped it in a paint can. The first clue Dean gets is when he doubles over in the passenger seat, coughing until he turns red.
Dean turns to stare at him. "Got air?"
Not-Sam's mouth twists. "Think I'm getting sick."
"You get sick?" Dean asks.
"Uh, yeah. I'm human, like I keep telling you. Prick me, I bleed. And sometimes I get a cold. Can we get on with this?"
And they get on with it. But by the time Dean's ready for bed that night, Sam's coughing more than he's breathing, and the water bottle Dean finally shoves at him doesn't seem to be doing much good. When Sam stands up to get out of the car, he winds ( ... )

You really nailed it. I don't know who I feel worse for: Dean who's all helpless and hand-wringy, or Sam who's obviously miserable and can't actually do anything about it.
