The comm hosted this little event a couple of years ago, and as November 2 is an auspicious day for our darling Sam, today would be the perfect time to revisit this challenge. Welcome to the Triple Play 2015!

Speedy gonzalez! :D Poor sick Sammy - pretty much a perfect H/c ficlet!
My Dad had gall stones while we were on holiday in Egypt, never told us he wasn't feeling that great, even though he'd gone a bit jaundiced - even his eyeballs were yellow! Luckily it didn't really kick in until after he got home...

Because they don't have enough to deal with, now they're getting regular crappy ailments of the non-supernatural variety. Heh. Love this, great images: cranial gyroscope, unleash the kraken (ha!), white ceiling and big green eyes. Great fill. :D

Ohhh that line about having enough painkillers to know morphine like a little cloud friend is particularly tragic...just makes me call up all the ways these boys have been banged up (and worse), how they just keep going, how not all the scars are so tiny and neat as these'll be. Really makes me think about vast ranges of illness and injury, natural and super-, how sorrowfully used to them they are. Thanks for taking me there. <3

Oh, poor Sammy! This was awesome, though. Love all of the descriptions - that bed, ice pick jagged pain, Dean's eyes looking down at him in the hospital. And anytime someone has to hold onto a sink because they're dizzy -- love that image so much for some reason.

This was great, I had gallstones when I was pregnant and it's the worst pain ever! So I really felt for Sam, you described it so well! I loved Sam and Dean here, they were spot-on, and Dean's " I'm staying here tonight to watch over ya" was perfect.
2.) Dean
3.) Gall stones
(I have no idea...)
