So long as you are writing, you are not doing it wrong. NaNo is a challenge, not a contest. It's about pushing yourself to do more than you thought you could do, and I'm really happy and impressed with how you've been chugging at it and the more you keep chugging, the easier it will be.

Don't worry about the flaws! Flaws can be fixed! WRITE WRITE WRITE!

YOU ARE THE VERY MOST BEST.

I'm really glad you kept poking me to do this. XD As much revision as the story will need, it's really wonderful to actually write fiction again. And not just short stories but PAGES AND PAGES of fiction! I've never written anything so long. Even if the result isn't great, this, I think, has been very important in telling the inner critic to stuff it.
