I told myself I was going to leap up and go clean after plurking about my computer misfortunes, but I just can't convince myself to saddle up and head out into the cold.  It's not that I mind cold, you know--I just don't like it in the morning.  I don't like mornings, really, but cold ones are exceptionally unpleasant

It's normal to feel that way. Xmas keeps gearing up earlier and earlier every year. Tree ornaments and blinking lights sharing store space with the Halloween merchandise - really puts a damper on the holiday spirit.

Gah, it does! I love Halloween and it's so disconcerting to see plastic Santas next to the gargoyles and tombstones.
