i saw willy wonka twice this weekend. and as steven v pointed out, there are quite a few parallels between mr. wonka and jacko. first day of camp counseling: the kiddles are really fun-- 3rd graders who are super energetic and excited about EVERYTHING. there's only a few rowdy boys that make me nervous, in addition to these 2 'tudey blonde girls who are a pair of uggs away from being tri-delts (and they're only 8). my co-counselor "miss d" is really nice as well. oh and ( Read more... )

today i went to the library's last book sale ever! it was only $2 to fill a grocery bag with books/vinyl/music scores. some of my finds included "365 ways to cook hamburger" and "The University of California Glee Club Sings the Favorites"
