Weapon of choice, and how do you use it?// I think words are the strongest weapon there is. If you say something REALLY mean to a person, it can hurt them and make them think less of themselves. If they really care about what you think of them, they’ll probably think that other people think the same thing about them, and it can get them really down.
What does emo mean to you?// It’s a genre of music and a way of life in which emotions can be expressed freely and are constantly changing.

Do you play any musical instruments?// I took piano lessons for about five years, I’ve been playing the violin for school for 6 years, and I’ve been playing the guitar for about 5 months.
If so, are you in a band?// My friend needs another guitarist, so if I want, I could be in a band by the end of the week.

What is your opinion on the following?//
Emo: I think it’s wonderful, obviously, which is why I’m applying here, but I think there are too many people who claim to be “emo” but don’t really know what it means and don’t take it seriously.
Abortion: I think in some circumstances, it’s okay, like if a girl got raped, and the child would have a bad life. I don’t think that abortion should be used as a form of birth control though.
straightedge: I really respect people who are straightedge, especially when there is so much peer pressure.
War: I really don’t think it’s a good way to solve problems, and way too many people die.
Drugs: Too many people use them just to look “cool” with their friends. Also, people use them as a problem-solver, but I think they just cause more problems.
I am so emo that ______.// One minute I can be so happy that I’m bouncing up and down, and the next, I could be face-down in my pillow, crying my eyes out.
