TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered postage
3) Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the item(s) for 24hrs, and payment must be made within this period to secure your purchase
4) Prices stated are non-negotiable
5) All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt for verification purposes. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
1) We do not do refunds or returns, unless the item received is defective and we are out of stock for an exchange piece
2) Exchanges must be done within 14 days from purchase date
3) There will be no exchanges/refunds for apparels after wash
