I'm sorry to hear this :( I struggle with my sleep schedule too. I keep alternating between having a good sleep schedule and a bad one, because I keep wanting to stay up later and get up later every day... and even when I'm on a good sleep schedule and able to get up early in the morning, it's still difficult for me to get to work early. I'm lucky my company has flexible hours and I can come in at whatever time as long as I get 40 hours in per week, because I haven't managed to get to work before 9 AM even once lately except for one occasion when there was something scheduled for 8 AM or so that I didn't want to miss.

Yes, it's so we hard. I've had issues with sleep since I was a teenager. It's really difficult to get a full night's sleep. I worked at a job for 4 years where I woke up at 4:20 a.m five times a week but never got used to it. I work three days a week now (12hr shifts) so I wake at 6am but dang that's hard to. I hope someday I can get back to waking at 8am at least!! Gosh it's hard haha
