Well! My Open House went amazingly well! I sold a little over half of my paintings that were displayed, and I've got a dozen requests for portraits liined up! I'm also going to have to make some new business cards....all the ones I had set out were taken. My sister even had to put out the few back-up sets we had prepared, and those are gone too! I

Oh? Well, I'm certainly interested in meeting her and discussing the position then. Perhaps you could be so kind as to arrange something? Do have any idea what kind of decorating she's looking for?

Of course. She's currently staying at my place for the time being, so if you'd like to come over some evening, we can make a business dinner of it. The three of us, because she can be a little intense sometimes ^^

You know the new inn that's being built just inside the Nobles' Quarters? Each of those rooms is going to need decor. Sheets, carpets, wall coverings, lamps, the works.

Mmmhm. I believe she said there are 175 rooms on 4 floors... Which sounds imposing, but it's really only 2 or 3 room types, if I have the information straight.

You weren't kidding when you said he could be stoic... But so far he seems like a nice enough fellow. I'm looking forward to sitting with him and getting to prod at him a bit, though, I must admit ^_^

The contrast in his private and public personalities is one of the things I love about him. So was I right when I told you he was a beauty worth doing a portrait of?

If all goes as planned, I'm going to make deliveries this Saturday and Sunday. I'm going to try to work out a route by the end of today to let people know which day I should be there.

Mm.... Maybe I'll get to see a tiny bit of his private persona, then.... But yes. He is definitely worth painting. I see now why you're so taken with the physical aspect of your relationship ;)
